Easy peasy delicious recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It takes approximately less than 30 minutes for preparing the dish. It can be try for kids as well and they will love it for sure. Ingredients:-
- Potato ( I use 4 small size of potatoes)
- Cream cheese 125g (half size of Tartura cheese 250g size)
- Broccoli 1/2 cup
- Yellow onion 1/4 pc
- Pinches of salt & black pepper
- Pinches of seasoning or chicken powder
- Cheddar cheese 1 slice/ Shredded cheddar cheese
Preparing & Cooking:-
- Wash the potato well in running water in order to remove all the dirt.
- Half boil the potato with skin on. Using a fork to check from time to time.
- Once done, take out all the potatoes and let it cool at room temperature.
- Once done, scrape the potatoes from inside and scoop out the mixture from the centre. Place in a bowl and mash them well. Set aside.
- Peel a yellow onion and finely chop it.
- Put a saucepan on medium flame and heat a little oil in it. Add chopped onion and saute for a minute and then add chopped broccoli in it along with mashed potatoes and cream cheese.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper and seasoning over the top and mix well.
- Once done, fill the centre of scraped potatoes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
